## Responsibilities
- Take strong product ownership and seek responsibility in self-organized small/medium projects.
- Work autonomously in a close-knit team with a 'startup within a startup' feel.
- Partner with designers and product leaders to ship slick, magical experiences.
- Contribute to one of Mercury's product groups (Banking, Everyday Experiences, Expansion, Risk).

## Requirements
- 1-4 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Knowledge of or excitement to learn **Haskell**, **React**, **TypeScript**, and **Redux**.
- Product-minded with experience building and shipping new products.
- Empathize with users to create lovable products.
- Balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively.

## Compensation
**US employees (any location):** $122,400 - $158,400 USD
**Canadian employees (any location):** CAD 115,700 - 149,700
