## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Scale and mature platform to handle entire mortgage market.
- Work across entire codebase with primary focus on platform scaling.
- Help set guidelines and frameworks for engineering organization, including technical tooling and organizational growth.

## Requirements
- Deep experience scaling distributed systems with complex data dependencies.
- Performance engineering experience in: AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL (or similar relational database), Redis, Elasticsearch.
- Strong proficiency with **C#** or other statically typed languages such as **Kotlin**, **Go**, or **Java**.
- Familiarity with observability tools (**Datadog**) and infrastructure as code (**Terraform**).
- Comfortable in early-stage startup environment with occasional extra hours for mission-critical work.

**Cash compensation:** $200,000 - $250,000/yr (final offer based on experience).
