## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Engage deeply from concept to launch in product development, from ideation through design, implementation, release, and iteration.
- Build beautiful products that create value for users.
- Full-stack development of web-app.
- Be scrappy and jump in wherever needed to provide the best user experience.

## Requirements
**Must-haves:**
- Production-level experience building full-stack applications.
- Proficient in **Typescript** for frontend **React** app, and **NodeJS** and **Express** backend.
- Expertise in relational databases; preferably **PostgreSQL**.
- Attention to detail and passion for building beautiful software.
- Previous experience shipping production-level code using our tech stack or similar.

**Bonus points:**
- Experience at a start-up or building products from scratch.
- Experience with advanced front-end technologies such as **Redux** for state management, or **Tailwind CSS**.
- Experience in mobile app development (**React Native**, iOS/Android).
- Expertise in **NextJS** or other server-side JS frameworks.
- Experience building scalable backend systems.

## Compensation
- $100k - $200k base • 0.05% - 0.4% equity
