> Serve as subject matter expert advising on data center infrastructure, safety, maintenance, and CRAC units to develop VR simulations, eLearning videos, procedure guides, and assessments. Collaborate remotely with production team using G-Suite, Camtasia, and Zoom.
## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Advise internal teams on industry dynamics and best practices
- Use expertise to support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos
- Advise on malfunctions for simulations
- Develop and assist in the creation of procedure guides
- Write and record voiceover scripts and screencasts for videos
- Generate valid and reliable test questions/knowledge checks
- Develop fault scenarios
- Review courses for accuracy

## Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure, Data Center Safety and Operations, Data Center Maintenance, Operation/Maintenance/Troubleshooting of CRAC Units
- Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Organized, communicative, collaborative; respond to queries/feedback within 1-2 business days
- Systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Research skills
- Computer skills: G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Camtasia (will teach)
- Writing skills for knowledge checks and procedure guides
- Availability during business hours for Zoom meetings

## Compensation
- $50-75/hr (1099 contract, hourly, variable hours, no benefits)
