## Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of role requirements and map them accurately to potential candidates.
- Source a high volume of candidates when required by the role.
- Utilize creative ideas to stand out and assist with difficult searches.
- Craft engaging messaging with strong writing skills.
- Be data-informed and versed in relevant recruiting metrics.

## Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year (location independent).
- Meaningful equity compensation via ISO options, including early exercise and 10-year post-termination exercise window.
