Senior Strategic Account Executive
Drive growth and retention of strategic Martech ISV accounts at Twilio by owning complex, data-driven sales cycles across messaging, email, voice, and AI solutions. Requires 5-8+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience and strong analytical and cross-functional skills.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate continued growth of key use cases by strategic Martech ISV customers on the Twilio platform, especially in messaging and email products.
- Own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles to retain business in competitive vendor sourcing cycles, expand into new use cases, and win new Martech ISV customers.
- Partner cross-functionally with services, product, and finance to develop and execute long-range account plans.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Twilio’s product, finance, and carrier relations teams.
- Stay abreast of key industry initiatives and new capabilities in AI, data, and communications spaces.
- Manage critical escalations and design account support strategies for maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver strategic outcomes in long-term, high-stakes negotiations capturing long-term growth for Twilio and customers.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions.
- Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, influencing understanding and building supportive partnerships.
- Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities and prove value.
- Demonstrated track record managing business forecasts and financial models for 8-figure deals and annual revenue under management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process and build programs.
- Record of delivering market-driven results to scale and enterprise customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Builder mindset aligning technical potential with successful sales outcomes; previous experience in technical engineering disciplines, Sales Engineering, or FDE preferred.
- Deep experience working with telecom companies including SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms.
- Domain expertise from quantitative industries such as advertising optimization, investment banking, security, or commodity trading.
- Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS experience.
- Demonstrable fluency in using AI for personal efficiency or wide problem analysis.
Sales Lead

Commercial Account Executive
Drive new business growth by converting product-led demand into Enterprise relationships and closing deals with small and mid-sized organizations. Requires full-cycle SaaS sales experience and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Account Executive, Army
Owns US Army market sales: builds senior relationships, develops pipeline, negotiates complex contracts, and drives revenue for edge data sync solutions. Requires proven Army/DoD sales experience and understanding of tactical network architectures.
Enterprise Account Executive, Observability
Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for Observe by Snowflake's observability platform, managing complex deals and exceeding multi-million dollar quotas. Requires 6+ years enterprise sales experience in technical SaaS.
