## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to build business-critical features, considering privacy goals.
- Ship production-ready code with appropriate tests, logging, metrics, and alerts.
- Work across the stack: Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS (plus native browser APIs and mobile SDKs for Consent & Preferences).
- Participate in roadmap discussions and technical design reviews, weighing trade-offs in performance, cost, reliability, and scale.
- Proactively fix production and development issues using metrics and observability tools, contributing to continuous improvement.

## Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, emphasis on backend or full-stack development (DevOps experience a big plus).
- Strong self-learning, problem-solving, feedback-seeking, and decision-making skills with business impact focus.
- Effective async and online communication for remote team.

## Compensation

- USA Pay Range: $180,000—$200,000 USD (Tier 1 markets like SF Bay Area and NYC; adjusted for other areas based on experience, education, skillset, location).
