Responsibilities
- Architect and ship features across the stack at lightning speed.
- Build end-to-end workflows and take them to production.
- Solve real-world problems at out-sized scale.
- Take full ownership of the mobile codebase.
- Craft a lightning-fast, real-time experience for field users.
- Establish a unified mobile layer that captures and surfaces billions of conversation events.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Strong mobile engineering prowess (3+ years), ideally developed at start-ups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to iterate quickly with teammates.
Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $230,000 - $300,000/year.
- Total compensation may include Incentive Stock Options, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.
