About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, operationalize, and continuously improve sales excellence initiatives using MEDDPICC sales methodology through enablement, adoption, and coaching
  • Lead the infusion of sales methodology into sales stages, buyer journey, and sales execution activities
  • Deliver selling skills and methodology enablement for new hires (leaders and individual contributors) and drive MEDDPICC certification through a formalized program
  • Lead operationalization of MEDDPICC in Salesforce and drive automation in partnership with RevOps
  • Create and maintain high-impact enablement content including sales methodology and selling skills playbooks for leaders and individual contributors
  • Publish relevant content on the Revenue Knowledge Management platform
  • Gather feedback and track quantitative/qualitative KPIs (ramp time, quota attainment, rep engagement) through business reviews
  • Support sales leadership in methodology coaching frameworks for pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and sales process improvements
  • Leverage AI tools to support MEDDPICC application in customer engagement and provide seller productivity recommendations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, corporate training, or sales
  • Deep & direct experience implementing, enabling, and coaching on MEDDPICC
  • Strong track record supporting sales teams in high-growth B2B SaaS environments with demonstrated impact through enablement programs
  • Deep familiarity with operationalizing sales methodology in CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, influence skills, and ability to coach senior sellers/leaders
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience designing adult learning programs and leveraging instructional design best practices for sales audiences
  • Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
