## Job Description
## What You'll Do

- Own full-cycle recruiting for AI engineering, product, design, and other priority roles, from intake through close.
- Build creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies that reach passive candidates other recruiters miss, especially in AI/ML.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor: calibrate, pressure-test scorecards, coach on interviewing, and keep loops moving.
- Lead complex, cross-functional hiring initiatives (new teams, new interview loops, sourcing strategies) and influence decisions inside and outside the recruiting team.
- Own offer conversations end-to-end: sell the mission, navigate comp and competing offers, and land the hire.
- Use pipeline data to drive decisions and scalable improvements, and model Bubble's values and a strong feedback culture throughout.

## Who You Are

- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a sustained 80%+ offer-accept / close rate, including a strong track record hiring AI engineers. You've also recruited across Product, Product Design, and non-technical roles, and flexed your style, approach, and sell by function.
- Startup + big-company experience preferred. You've seen \"good\" at scale and can build from scratch when there's no playbook.
- Scrappy and resilient. You thrive in ambiguity and stay steady when reqs shift or candidates ghost.
- Strong, creative sourcer. You go beyond LinkedIn, tap non-obvious channels, and pull candidates nobody else has talked to.
- Excellent hiring manager partner. You push back when needed, calibrate quickly, build consensus through inclusive collaboration, and get invited back to every kickoff.
- Team player who raises the level of the people around you.

## Nice to Have

- Experience hiring at frontier AI labs or AI-first startups.
- Experience building or upleveling a recruiting function (process, tooling, EVP, interviewer training).

## Compensation

Estimated salary: $153k - $200k. Actual pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.
