## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- **Run launch beats end-to-end**: Plan the product-launch calendar (PR, content, event, sales beats) in lockstep with product. Coordinate launches as campaigns (ABM, paid, lifecycle, partner, analyst). Define narrative, packaging, and positioning per release.

- **Own positioning and category move**: Sharpen and evolve Latent's positioning. Maintain messaging house and proof points. Run positioning exercises with leadership.

- **Power sales with sharp narrative**: Build sales-enablement library (pitch decks, persona-specific narratives, objection handling, talk tracks). Equip sales for personas (CPO, CFO, CIO, frontline manager). Run pitch reviews and field-sync rituals.

- **Build partner co-marketing playbook**: Define co-marketing with technology/channel partners. Coordinate joint case studies, webinars, sponsored content. Partner with Director of Growth on pipeline.

- **Lead analyst and trade-press positioning**: Manage PR agency for trade/business-press. Run analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, Advisory Board). Land executive thought-leadership.

- **Coordinate event narrative**: Own narrative arc at major events. Partner with customer marketing on customer voice. Ensure coherent event presence.

## Requirements

- 7+ years in product marketing in B2B tech, ideally regulated/healthcare-adjacent, running launches end-to-end (narrative, sales enablement, PR, partner, analyst).
- Think in launch beats/moments, not features.
- Strong narrative instincts for category-shaping stories and buyer-specific pitches.
- Write sales narratives reps use.
- Comfortable with analyst relations, trade press, executive thought leadership.
- Actively use AI tools to extend output/shorten cycles.
- View positioning as a system; operate across product, sales, growth, partner teams.
- Operationally excellent and extremely organized.
