## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of mobile-first product experiences across the WHOOP ecosystem, from early concept development through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes for members.
- Translate complex member needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.
- Leverage qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and product judgment to inform design decisions and measure impact.
- Balance long-term product vision with near-term execution, helping teams make thoughtful tradeoffs while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Contribute to the evolution of WHOOP design systems, product principles, and design culture through collaboration, mentorship, and thoughtful critique.

## Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer digital products, including significant experience shipping mobile applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end product design skills, visual craft, and measurable user or business impact.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution.
- Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and product strategy.
- Expertise with modern design tools and workflows, including Figma, prototyping tools, and emerging AI-enabled design workflows.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence decisions across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
