## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts to measurably improve people's lives within a focused team.
- Deliver user experience design, creative direction, and production for the Fetch app.
- Influence decisions within and outside the team.
- Launch multiple features into production with iterations.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, with native mobile app design or enterprise web application experience.
- Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally reward-centric).
- Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie.
- Experience with animation (ideally Rive).
- Self-directed in a fast-paced startup environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Background in visual design with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Shipped mobile app work demonstrating high quality.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $149,592 - $175,990.
