Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash
Own configuration, optimization, and integration of NetSuite Order-to-Cash systems across Salesforce, Zuora RevPro, Celigo, and Avalara. Lead requirements discovery, drive AI-powered process improvements, and ensure SOX/ASC 606 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules, including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
- Own configuration, maintenance, and optimization across all O2C workflows
- Lead discovery sessions to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements from global Billing, Collections, and Order Management teams
- Translate requirements into robust functional specifications and scalable NetSuite solutions
- Troubleshoot complex data flow and integration errors across Salesforce to NetSuite and NetSuite to RevPro and other peripheral applications
- Drive improvements to dunning and collections processes, including configuration and optimization of Collection Management workflows
- Support NetSuite financial close and reconciliation activities for AR, revenue, billing, and deferred revenue recognition
- Maintain compliance with SOX, SOC, and ASC 606 requirements
- Create dashboards and actionable insights using SuiteAnalytics, Workbooks, and RevPro Analytics for revenue visibility, billing performance, collections aging, and close metrics
- Drive and champion AI-powered initiatives leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI tools, and AWS to automate manual reconciliation, detect anomalies, and streamline exception handling
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions across multiple modules
- Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience across Order to Cash, SuiteFlow, SavedSearch, and Report building
- Proven ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, taking full ownership of deliverables and driving projects end to end
- Experience integrating O2C processes with third-party systems such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Celigo, Zuora RevPro, Avalara, and data warehouse platforms
- Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, and compliance standards including SOX controls, ASC 606, and audit documentation requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring and applying AI tools to improve processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent years of industry experience

- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or CBAP certification
- Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Boomi or similar middleware platforms
- Familiarity with AWS and building AI-powered applications in a finance or O2C context
