## Job Description
## Manager Enablement & Performance
- Help run and continuously improve performance review and calibration processes across the clinical population
- Support managers with performance conversations, feedback, accountability, and coaching
- Help refine performance expectations and promotion criteria for clinical and operational roles
- Support rollout and operational execution of People programs across your client groups

## Employee Relations & Team Support
- Serve as first-line support for employee relations matters within the clinical org — coaching managers through performance concerns, team dynamics, and difficult conversations
- Build consistent, scalable ER documentation and workflows the broader People team can rely on
- Support org planning conversations, team structure changes, and workforce planning processes across clinical leadership
- Support career development and growth initiatives within the clinical team
- Analyze HR data — turnover, engagement, headcount — and translate it into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Build documentation, workflows, and operational infrastructure that helps the team scale effectively
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law across your client groups, with particular attention to multi-state nuance in clinical and contractor workforces

## Who You Are
- 5-8 years of HRBP experience with direct exposure to both strategic and day-to-day people work
- Experience with employee relations, performance management, and compensation support — not just as a process executor, but as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders
- Working knowledge of platforms that expand access to healthcare by connecting patients to providers
- Strong coaching instincts; managers come back to you because you give real guidance, not HR boilerplate
- Ability to move fast, prioritize well, and close your loops
- Clear, direct communicator who can hold their own with senior clinical leaders and influence at all levels
- Analytical and data-driven, using insights to guide decisions and shape people strategy
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and excited to build scalable people programs in a growing digital health organization
- Passionate about enabling high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation

## Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or a clinical environment with licensed or credentialed professionals
- Background at a scaling company where the People function was still being built

## Preferred Qualifications
- Direct exposure to providing HR support to a platform for non-integrated clinical professionals
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus but not required

## Our Benefits
- Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
- Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
- Flexible PTO
- 401(k) + Company Match
- Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more
