## Job Description
## What You’ll Do

- Reporting directly to the Head of Pathology, serve as a Pathology subject matter expert throughout the company.
- Collaborate with Pathology colleagues, Lab Ops and Clin Ops, Biopharma customer teams, project managers, machine learning scientists, and others to ensure the highest quality Pathology support.
- Collaborate with our Biopharma partners in all aspects of project development for exploratory biomarker and translational projects, as well as clinical services work related to clinical trials running through our GCP, GCLP, CAP and CLIA compliant Biopharma laboratory.
- Serve as Pathology lead on Biopharma and other projects to recommend scoring approaches, help select network or KOL Pathologists, develop and provide training to clinical trial study readers, participate in manual and digital scoring of Pathology cases in various indications, and conduct internal assay validations.
- Represent PathAI on calls and face to face with Biopharma customers and KOLs, at Congresses and Meetings, and elsewhere as needed.
- Ensure the quality of annotations from the PathAI Contributor Network, the quality of Biopharma data, and compliance across all projects and programs.
- Provide Pathology subject matter expert guidance on new potential products, work with multidisciplinary teams to help develop new DP/AI models, assist in model deployments, review the outputs and statistics from the PathAI machine learning algorithms, and provide insights on the overall improvement of the output.
- Contribute to publications.

## What You Bring

- **US board certification in anatomic pathology** is required.
- **Expertise and experience in immunohistochemistry and biomarker assessment** (ex/ Her2, PDL1 etc), **and digital pathology** is required.
- A background in **translational research, immuno-oncology, and biomarker development** is desired.
- **Fellowship subspecialty training** is highly desirable.

## Compensation

**Annual Pay Range: $208,000 - $320,000**  
Not Overtime Eligible. Eligible for Equity.
