## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams including Customer Experience Design, Operational Tools & Service Design.
- Lead evolution of end-to-end rider journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Evangelize design strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Foster human-centered, data-driven, iterative, and inclusive design culture.
- Provide creative direction, career coaching, and manage org design for cross-functional support.
- Manage design workflows, resource allocation, and project timelines for high-velocity shipping.
- Partner with UX Research & Product to translate user data into roadmaps and iterations.

## Qualifications
- 10+ years professional design experience, with 3–5 years in management or lead capacity.
- Curiosity and desire to improve things.
- Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and outcomes through influence, including executive level.

## Bonus Qualifications
- Led design of products in relevant space.
- Experience working with Operations teams.
- Thrive in growing, complex organizations.
- Deconstruct complex ideas and concepts.
