## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Manage international close & consolidation, ensuring alignment with US GAAP and tax reporting
- Handle intercompany transactions, eliminations, and global transfer pricing policies
- Coordinate statutory compliance with international teams and external tax advisors
- Manage external bookkeeping relationships and workflows for international partners
- Oversee functional currency, translation rates, and foreign currency impact under ASC 830
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable, automated solutions (e.g., inter-company matching, PTP cycles)
- Scale general ledger team to support global expansion
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects

## Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- **8+ years** of relevant accounting experience (ideally Big 4 public accounting and technology company roles)
- **Proficiency** with **NetSuite** and **Excel**
- Strong analytical and data aggregation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

## Compensation
- Base salary: **$180,000 - $230,000 USD** annually
