## Job Description
## Key Responsibilities
- Expand Axion’s MedTech footprint by designing and executing a high-impact go-to-market strategy
- Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management
- Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, fostering performance, ownership, and cross-functional alignment
- Serve as commercial owner for the MedTech vertical, accountable for revenue, delivery quality, and customer success
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and deliver differentiated solutions
- Represent Axion externally as a thought leader and trusted partner to senior MedTech executives

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare technology
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the medical device value chain—from design and manufacturing to quality and post-market surveillance
- Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented; thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments
