## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and managers to create applications used by hotel customers around the world
- Write clean, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns using agentic development flows
- Provide creative ideas to improve product and technology
- Think beyond the specifics of a ticket in order to delight customers and grow the business
- Mentor in 1:1s and participate actively in code reviews; advise tech lead on technical decisions
- Be a self-starter that can deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and execute on projects with little direction

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Solid knowledge of developing backend applications
- Experience with JavaScript and common front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS
- Strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic
