## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead statistical design and analysis of marketing attribution and incrementality studies to quantify impact and efficiency of marketing investments.
- Design and interpret rigorous experiments (geo tests, conversion lift studies) with Marketing and Product teams to measure campaign impact and optimize funnel conversion points.
- Partner with Marketing channel owners to identify optimization opportunities across advertising platforms (SEM, Influencer, Offline) to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Evaluate engagement and retention across lifecycle touchpoints (email, push, SMS) to improve patient activation and retention.
- Analyze and report on performance of paid marketing and CRM channels; identify trends and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to build and operationalize core marketing performance data assets and dashboards.
- Create clear, compelling presentations, dashboards, insights, and recommendations that influence strategic marketing decisions.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing data science, marketing analytics, or growth analytics roles.
- Experience with marketing attribution, experimentation, or incrementality testing.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in SQL and/or Python or R.
- Foundational understanding of key statistical concepts, including experimentation and basic predictive modeling.
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product stakeholders to measure and optimize performance.
- Ability to translate complex quantitative findings into business-relevant insights.
- High attention to detail and ability to sense-check results for accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
