## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data scientists focused on retention and acquisition marketing
- Oversee development and maintenance of production-grade machine learning models (customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, multi-armed bandits, media mix modeling, attribution)
- Manage marketing data analysis projects using causal inference frameworks to assess impact and drive outcomes
- Integrate LLMs into data and operations workflows to increase throughput and scale
- Mentor junior team members and enhance analytical rigor
- Manage projects to ensure deadlines, objectives, and business impact are met
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing data science efforts with company and marketing goals

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science & analytics
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing, customer, or revenue data-related role
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring data scientists, analysts, or engineers
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, econometrics, statistics, math, computer science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven experience building and implementing production-grade machine learning models in an operations support capacity
- Proven experience leveraging causal inference frameworks (difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity, synthetic controls) to assess impact and drive business outcomes
- Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product)
- Comfortable balancing hands-on work with team leadership

## Technical Skills
- Strong statistical proficiency
- Python for statistical computing, model development, and data visualization
- Advanced SQL
