## Job Description
## What You Will Do
- Elevate Gigs’ brand across all channels, formats, and verticals.
- Collaborate directly with a variety of stakeholders to translate big ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
- Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language of a fast-growing generational scale-up, as part of a small high-impact team.
- Create templates and systems for yourself and the rest of the Design team to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.

## What We Are Looking For

### Technical skills
- Proficiency in **Figma** and **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong motion design skills (e.g. **After Effects**) and ability to bring assets to life.
- Nice to have: Experience with **3D software** (e.g. **Blender**) for custom visuals.
- Nice to have: Experience working with a website CMS and/or email design tools.

### Background
- Agency or scale-up experience preferred, showcasing resilience and adaptability across diverse fast-moving projects.
- Proven track record on larger design initiatives (e.g. rebranding campaigns, product launches).
- Fintech industry familiarity is beneficial; mobile and web UI understanding is a plus.

**Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000 USD**
