## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners.
- Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects.
- Help refine outbound playbook alongside AEs.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (SaaS or startup is a plus).
- Strong communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment.
- Love testing new strategies and learning from the data.
- Experience with CRMs (**HubSpot**, **Salesforce**) and prospecting tools (**Apollo**, **Clay**).
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required).

## Nice to Have
- Experience selling to TA / HR personas.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team.
- Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments (e.g., free sign-ups, trials).

## Compensation & Benefits
- **$70K–$90K** base salary, based on experience.
- **$110 - $130K OTE**.
- Uncapped commission, driven through qualified meetings booked quota.
