## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify prospective customers through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, social media.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers in construction, engineering, and architecture sectors.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and transition leads to sales team.
- Communicate Doxel’s value proposition and differentiate products.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns, customer personas, and outreach strategies.
- Set up discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in **Salesforce**.
- Monitor market, competition, and industry trends.

## Success Metrics
- Generate high-quality pipeline for Enterprise AEs to close seven-figure deals.
- Consistently book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Run structured cold calls to uncover challenges and buying signals.
- Provide strong handoffs to AEs with context and research.
- Build relationships for repeat conversations and long-term pipeline.

## Requirements
- 1-2 years in sales development, business development, or outbound lead generation (SaaS/tech preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **CRM** proficiency (**Salesforce**, **HubSpot**).
- Self-starter, proactive in fast-paced startup.
- Team-oriented, goal-oriented with track record meeting KPIs.

## Preferred
- Familiarity with construction, engineering, or architecture industries.
