## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead the annual sales compensation design process, leveraging data analysis to inform plan structure and business alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires on compensation plans and policies.
- Assist in the administration of sales compensation plans, including monthly processing and ensuring accurate payouts.
- Ensure compensation programs adhere to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of compensation plans and recommend enhancements to optimize outcomes.
- Clearly communicate compensation plans and any updates to the sales team, ensuring transparency in how performance is rewarded.
- Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure commission accuracy and compliance.
- Own sales analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights for executive reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- **5+ years of experience leading sales compensation design**.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite. **Advanced level Excel skills** preferred.
- **In depth experience with Salesforce.com required** and commissions system required.
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
- Approach and address issues with creative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
- High energy level and passion in getting the job done right.
