## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of RFP responses highlighting Metropolis’s Recognition Platform across hospitality, real estate, and beyond
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Legal, and Marketing on new products and initiatives
- Develop sample RFPs for new product launches and maintain existing content
- Respond to quarterly service requests and ad-hoc inquiries
- Ensure accurate representation of products in external databases with monthly/quarterly updates
- Own RFP response database and improve proposal tools/systems
- Participate in projects to improve RFP team and organizational efficiency

## Requirements
- 5+ years in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development
- Strong writing/editing skills to translate technical AI concepts into persuasive narratives
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and source info from subject matter experts
- Self-starter managing multiple deadlines in high-growth environment
- Comfort with RFP automation software and CRM tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in real estate, mobility, or AI/Computer Vision
- Familiarity with Letter.AI, GovSpend, or similar platforms
- Experience with government, enterprise, real estate procurement

## Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 USD annually
