## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the renewal process across your client portfolio, consistently surpassing retention targets, and strengthening loyalty.
- Unlock revenue potential by spotting expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to drive strategic upsells.
- Build and nurture meaningful client relationships founded on trust, proactive communication, and expert guidance.
- Transform satisfied clients into passionate advocates by fostering referrals, case studies, and valuable references.
- Keep a pulse on client health, proactively mitigate risks, and promote seamless product adoption for long-term success.
- Lead impactful business reviews and success planning sessions that clearly showcase ROI and tangible business value.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve challenges and maximize client value.
- Serve as the client’s internal champion, providing vital feedback to influence product roadmaps and strategic priorities.

## Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Client Success, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing retention and revenue goals, fueling business growth.
- Sharp commercial instincts, with hands-on experience negotiating contracts and driving effective renewals.
- Adept at creating powerful advocacy programs that generate referrals, references, and testimonials to boost credibility.
- Exceptional communicator with a talent for cultivating strong, lasting client relationships.
- Skilled at juggling multiple accounts and priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Well-versed in CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Gainsight to optimize account management.

## Compensation
- Annual base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 with an additional bonus component.
