Regional Sales Director, Midwest (Strategic)
Lead and develop a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Reps in the Midwest to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion for Cribl's telemetry platform. Requires 5+ years leading sales teams with proven overachievement in SaaS/enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Reps across the Midwest
- Build a sales team and develop future sales leaders at Cribl
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Play a key role in developing the GTM strategy as part of the leadership team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leading Strategic sales teams
- Successful track record of overachievement annually
- Experience leading sales teams who sell through security channel partners
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Experience with SaaS sales - cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security
- Background of successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000)
- Background using MEDDIC
- Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts

- Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $200k-$215k (base, dependent on location and experience)
