## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders via email and Slack
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive candidate experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving with urgency
- Coordinate complex scheduling across executives and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Ashby (ATS)
- Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and proactively solve them
- Help enforce consistency and structure in interview processes and feedback loops
- Push back when needed on timelines, expectations, or unclear inputs

## Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar communications role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication and executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and messages simultaneously without dropping details
- High ownership and reliability
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Willingness to push back and uphold a high bar

## Nice to Have
- Experience working with an ATS (Ashby preferred)
- Experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to recruiting operations or process improvement work
- Experience supporting executive-level scheduling
