## Job Description
## What You’ll Do
- Source and recruit for a variety of roles across different functions leveraging strong sourcing skillset, which may include engineering, product, customer success, operations, and more.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each department and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process.
- Drive local recruiting presence, engaging with local market, events and networks to build pipeline across all roles.
- Promote Rad AI’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent who align with our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and operations.
- Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with People Team and company leadership to improve operational processes and ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires.

## What You Bring
- 4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, with multiple runs at tech startups.
- Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non-technical positions.
- Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system and bring a strong commitment to data integrity and building scalable processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Ability to prioritize and move quickly, managing multiple openings and stakeholders at once without compromising quality.
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process.
- Ability to maintain strong data integrity and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Must have and maintain US work authorization.
