## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Use AI to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies to build the future of Production Support
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues that affect user experience
- Interface with critical vendor systems using a mix of SQL and API calls to research customer complaints
- Commit fixes to our backend systems
- Act as an engineering consultant for our Operations team to automate manual processes

## Requirements
- At least 1 year of engineering experience with proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js and Typescript used throughout stack)
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs
- Excellent written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

## Preferred
- Knowledge of payment systems (e.g. card processing, ACH)
- Familiarity with AWS
- Shell scripting experience with bash, zsh or similar
