## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and platform roadmap that supports the merchandising needs of key business verticals (Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)
- Build and scale a flexible, configurable platform for rapid testing and deployment of merchandising formats and offers/incentives
- Incorporate the latest AI technologies to automate targeting, creative asset generation, and campaign management
- Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement
- Partner with creative and operations teams to manage campaign calendars, assets, and global coordination
- Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for the business and users

## Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign-based marketing technology or ads/promotions systems
- Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management
- Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs
- Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality
- Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment
- Desire to do individual contributor product management work
