## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own portions of the Team 3 backlog, keeping tickets clear, prioritized, and up to date.
- Write product specs and requirements documents for platform improvements.
- Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineering.
- Track delivery against the roadmap, flag risks and blockers early.
- Coordinate with Data Ingest (Team 5), Analytics, and Operations teams on shared dependencies.
- Document platform workflows, data contracts, and decision rationale.
- Investigate and triage data issues, help determine root cause and next steps.
- Prepare status updates and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of product management, technical program management, or related experience.
- Worked on technical products; comfort with data systems, APIs, or infrastructure strongly preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay organized under pressure and manage multiple workstreams.
- Ask good questions and seek context before solutions.
- Interest in learning healthcare data and its importance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience at early-stage or growth-stage startup.
- Exposure to healthcare, value-based care, or CMS data.

## Compensation
**Base Salary Range:** $135,000-165,000 per year  
**Additional:** Eligible for discretionary performance bonus and equity options
