## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Build consumer experiences that deepen brand relationships and drive loyalty through rewards, payments, and account management.
- Identify and solve problems across onboarding, day-to-day account management, payments, rewards, and loyalty.
- Ship high-quality consumer-facing improvements quickly while maintaining design excellence.
- Prototype and iterate using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make) to move from idea to production.
- Use customer data, support tickets, app reviews, and direct customer conversations to inform priorities.
- Break ambiguous problems into incremental milestones and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
- Make tradeoffs balancing customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and partner needs.
- Build solutions that scale across multiple partners and products.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing products.
- Strong consumer product sense with shipped work that demonstrates high design quality.
- Strong design sense with fluency in Figma, Claude Design, and modern design workflows.
- Hands-on prototyping experience with AI-assisted tools; ability to produce near-production code is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs clearly to engineering, design, executives, and partners.
- Experience understanding consumer behavior data and using it to inform decisions.
- Mobile-first consumer product experience (fintech, payments, loyalty, rewards, or commerce is a bonus).

## Nice to Have
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments.
- Background in fintech, payments, credit products, or regulated consumer environments.
- Experience building products for diverse or underrepresented customer segments.
- Deep analytical experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
