## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Own sprint planning and delivery cadence using Linear, keeping engineering focused and accountable
- Identify low-effort, high-reward opportunities through analytics and user feedback
- Write and own PRDs for new features, running them through product leadership
- Partner with engineering and design to ship quickly with minimal overhead
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, ticket creation, and documentation
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights for the team and leadership
- Contribute to capacity planning and delivery forecasting for management visibility

## Requirements
- Product management experience in a fast-moving startup or early-stage environment
- Demonstrated ability to ship without a large support structure around you
- Comfort with data: college-level statistics or professional analytics experience
- Resourceful, low-ego, high-agency mindset

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, insurance, or marketplace domains
- Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to accelerate product work

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $130,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience and fit
