## Job Description
## What You’ll Do

- End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments.
- Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
- Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking.
- Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder.
- Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards.
- Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users.
- Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface.
- Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities.

## What You'll Bring

- 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership.
- Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments is a plus.

## Compensation

**Base Salary Range:** $180,000—$265,000 USD
