Responsibilities
- Translate operational needs into product, policy, and system requirements, serving as Operations voice with Policy, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Shared Services.
- Drive strategic alignment across cross-functional stakeholders for system design and delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using operational data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Act as subject matter expert on workflows, tools, and processes; stay current on emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
- Champion continuous improvement with Lean and Agile principles through training and projects.
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact and optimization areas.
- Promote data-driven culture with robust analytics.
- Collaborate with PSO peers for team growth and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (Engineering preferred).
- 10+ years in front- or back-office operations, 6+ years in process improvement, transformation, or strategic program delivery.
- Success driving continuous improvement in complex, global organizations.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving and KPI definition/measuring experience.
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks and process governance.
- Proven influence over cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
