## Job Description
## Program Structure
- **First 6 Months**:
  - 3 months in Go-To-Market (Sales Development)
  - 3 months building PointOne’s Talent Growth Engine
- After rotations, transition to full-time role in: Sales / Go-To-Market, Talent & Recruiting, or Growth / GTM Operations

## GTM Rotation (Revenue Engine)
- Research and map target accounts and decision-makers
- Help develop outbound strategies and messaging
- Launch targeted outreach campaigns
- Qualify early customer conversations
- Track engagement and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting strategies

## Talent Rotation (Internal Growth Engine)
- Identify exceptional talent across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles
- Engage promising candidates early in their careers
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns to attract future teammates
- Conduct exploratory conversations with prospective candidates
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand emerging talent needs
- Help build long-term talent pipelines across key markets
