## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- **Payroll Management**: Process monthly payroll with third-party provider, ensure 100% accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
- **Benefits Administration**: Manage and audit employee benefits (health insurance, 401K, etc.), serve as main contact for providers and employees.
- **Systems & Workflows**: Act as power user for **Hibob** and **Pigment App**; test workflows, ensure data integration, identify automation opportunities.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Maintain payroll records and generate reports for finance team budget forecasting.

Scope primarily North America (USA & Canada), UK, and EOR providers.

## Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in USA & Canada payroll.
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Rigorous with strong attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and \"test-and-learn\" mindset for HR software.
- High discretion with confidential data.
- Ability to multitask in dynamic, international environment.
- Experience with third-party payroll providers.
