## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Service and support existing and new contracted clients
- Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents and property managers
- Monitor B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider services
- Train clients on products and ensure full understanding via phone, email, or in-person
- Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis
- Collect customer feedback on product, process and pricing changes
- Maintain customer records in CRM
- Hold site visits with partner buildings in your vicinity
- Help with local in-person events
- Occasional travel to headquarters in NYC

## Requirements
- Self-starter: able and excited to take initiative on what’s needed for your client
- Comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups
- 2+ years in a training or account management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and client requests

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Hubspot
- 2+ years in the multifamily industry
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or brokerage
