## Responsibilities
### Technical Skills
- Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance of Wealth systems.
- Write, review, test, and document code according to Anchorage’s engineering and team standards.
- Dive deep into complex, ambiguous problems and formulate elegant solutions.
- Drive down technical complexity and refactor systems safely.
- Review code to ensure consistency and share context.

### Complexity and Impact
- Lead large, strategic, ambiguous projects.
- Define technical strategy.
- Balance progress and perfection.
- Foster efficient testing culture minimizing tech debt.

### Organizational and Communication

## Requirements
- 8+ years building backend services.
