Marketing Specialist, Global Programs
Manage end-to-end logistics and operational delivery of global demand generation programs, webinars, and templatized marketing initiatives for Google Cloud/Wiz partnership.
Responsibilities
- Own webinar logistics and virtual events: manage end-to-end execution including landing page configuration, audience segmentation, promotion, live coordination, and post-event lead routing.
- Manage "Always On" demand programs: coordinate delivery of perpetual pipeline networks including intent-driven survey campaigns and B2B vendor networks (e.g., SimplyDirect, BrightTALK).
- Deploy templatized programs for scale: package centralized strategies into standardized, turnkey templates with messaging, automated workflows, creative assets, and playbooks.
- Drive cross-functional velocity: partner with digital marketing, product marketing, field operations, and BDRs to ensure flawless program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of B2B marketing, campaign operations, or demand generation experience in technology, Enterprise SaaS, or cloud computing.
- Proven ability to operate with speed and attention to detail in a hyper-growth environment; hands-on ownership of operational logistics.
- Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms, content syndication networks (BrightTALK, SimplyDirect), and marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot).
- Experience adapting centralized initiatives into reusable, templatized frameworks for global deployment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with experience aligning deliverables across international teams and time zones.
