## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Define and refine segment positioning, messaging, and value propositions for HNW, UHNW, 401k plan sponsors, and institutional audiences.
- Participate in content strategy, integrating segment needs into corporate and Advisor Marketing plans.
- Build and execute integrated HNW and institutional marketing plans and targeted digital campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Design, launch, and iterate multi-channel online campaigns (email, webinars, digital content), including AI-powered automated drip journeys.
- Create scalable sales and advisor enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, playbooks, email templates, event-in-a-box kits).
- Serve as marketing point of contact for institutional sales materials, elevating RFP-related content.
- Establish operating rhythm with clear KPIs and reporting in first 90 days.

## Requirements
- Proven track record as hands-on marketer (70% execution / 30% strategy initially).
- Results-driven mindset linking marketing to business outcomes (leads, conversion, revenue, AUM).
**5-8+ years** of marketing experience in financial services, wealth/asset management, with HNW/UHNW or institutional exposure.
- Strong experience in sales enablement and go-to-market support for complex deals.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation for segmentation, personalization, automated drip journeys.
- Collaborative, organized, able to lead cross-functional initiatives; moderate travel.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Working knowledge of **HubSpot** or similar for dashboards, lists, reports.
