## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end SDMA clearance process, ensuring all program stages are executed efficiently while implementing scalable and robust processes.
- Lead a team of Technical Program Managers, providing guidance for multiple concurrent clearance programs, including live service, early milestone, and clearance.
- Develop and drive program schedules, milestones, and deliverables related to the safety and clearance of autonomous robotaxi.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clearance-related activities, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams.
- Define and manage the scope and timeline for clearance activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and managing dependencies.
- Report on program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership.

## Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of shipping complex, safety-critical systems.
- Experience managing and leading teams of program managers or technical leads.
- **BS or MS** in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of complex hardware and software development lifecycles.
- Experience in program management tools such as **Jira**, **Confluence**, and **Smartsheet**.

## Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with automotive safety standards such as **ISO 26262** or other safety-related standards (e.g., **IEC 61508**, **DO-178C**).
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and requirements management.
