## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse site selection end to end: evaluate commercial storage real estate, qualify sites against operational requirements, and own the full buildout from racking and power to access control and layout design.
- Establish warehousing infrastructure standards for new facilities, covering surveillance, access management, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across carriers, freight brokers, and 3PL partners in support of site launches and ongoing project-based needs.
- Define and build KPI frameworks for warehousing, transportation, and asset management, then own the reporting infrastructure.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to scope and plan new or expanded storage footprints ahead of business need, and manage cross-functional logistics projects.

## Requirements
- Stood up warehouse operations from scratch, including site selection, layout design, equipment procurement, and security implementation without a playbook.
- Evaluated commercial storage real estate and made site qualification calls that held up once the facility was live.
- Built KPI and reporting frameworks for logistics functions from zero.
- Quarterbacked across carriers, brokers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
- Managed multiple active projects across locations as a solo operator.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Transportation management including carrier management, freight coordination, and 3PL contract oversight.
- Warehouse management systems and inventory tools.
- Experience in data center, construction, or hardware logistics environments.
