## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- **Lead Revenue Accounting Team**: Oversee monthly close, review complex journal entries, key reconciliations, and manage/develop small team.
- **Technical Oversight**: Ensure ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP compliance; final authority on revenue recognition for standard and bespoke contracts.
- **Strategic Collaboration**: Partner with Finance and Strategy on revenue metrics, flux analysis, and forecasting.
- **Audit Readiness**: Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnotes; primary contact for external auditors on revenue matters.

## Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; **CPA required**.
- **Experience**: 7+ years progressive accounting (Big 4 + high-growth/SaaS preferred); 3+ years managing teams.
- **Technical**: Deep **ASC 606** expertise; translate research into policies.
- **Skills**: Problem-solving in ambiguous environments; enterprise ERPs and revenue recognition software.
