## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Advise Airbnb stakeholders on corporate legal matters
- Lead securities law disclosure review and advice (press releases, earnings releases, investor relations presentations, website disclosures, Regulation G, Regulation FD)
- Support SEC filings, corporate governance, and treasury matters
- Partner with founder, senior leadership, and board members on board matters and committee meeting materials
- Prepare board committee meeting materials, minutes, and resolutions
- Support M&A and corporate transactions

## Requirements
- J.D. with strong academic credentials
- Member of California Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel
- Minimum 12 years of significant corporate legal experience at a law firm or in-house
- Significant experience with Securities Act and Exchange Act
- Experience supporting board committee processes
- Experience supporting M&A and corporate transactions
- Experience with legal issues faced by technology companies
- Ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to distill complex issues into concise, actionable advice
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to handle tasks of any size
