## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Assist senior account managers with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate client meetings, take detailed notes, and help manage follow-up tasks.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
- Help maintain and update client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Track ongoing client projects and ensure timely internal communication on status and deadlines.
- Collaborate across internal teams (sales, compliance, technical services) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for client relationship enhancement and communicate these insights to senior team members.

## Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about cybersecurity and compliance.
- Basic understanding of CRM software (**experience with HubSpot or Salesforce** is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

## Compensation
- $20-25 per hour
