## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees by resolving Help Desk tickets.
- Support MDM fleet for macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues and A/V systems in office.
- Manage and optimize Okta and core SaaS tooling, including integrations and RBAC.
- Handle procurement, asset management, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain IT documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support IT projects, onboarding/offboarding, and basic security tasks.
- Create simple automations to improve efficiency.

## Qualifications
- Practical experience administering Okta (users, groups, app integrations; OIE a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace; some Office 365 exposure.
- Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows (ideally Iru/Kandji).
- Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience in procurement and asset management.
- Clear technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Basic understanding of security principles.

## Nice To Haves
- No-code/low-code automation tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
- Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP).
- AI tools experience (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT).
- HRIS integration (Deel, Rippling, BambooHR, Workday).
- API integrations and webhooks.

## Salary & Benefits
- Base salary $90,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
